1. You fill out an easy online form that takes just 2 to 5 minutes to complete. This gives us some basic info about you along with which logo golf balls you would like to buy and at what price.

2. In most cases you will receive a response from us within a few minutes telling you whether or not your offer has been accepted. If your offer's accepted, you will receive an e-mail informing you how to send us your logo. This will be followed up by a phone call from one of our highly trained Customer Service Representatives so we can process your order. If your offer is not accepted you'll receive an e-mail notification stating that we're sorry that your price can not be met and you will be free to try again. If your offer is received after normal business hours, your response will be answered within 24 hours.
